Service Availability

Version 1.0 ยท effective 02/10/2026

This page explains how we keep WithOpp available, how we tell you about maintenance and incidents, and what happens if the service is interrupted. WithOpp is an early-stage service, so this is an availability policy, not a service level agreement (SLA).

1. Our aim

We aim for WithOpp to be available at all times. We do not currently promise an uptime percentage, and we do not offer service credits for interruptions.

2. Built to keep you selling

The till keeps working without internet or if WithOpp is interrupted. Sales are stored on the device and sent when the service is back.

3. Planned maintenance

We announce planned maintenance inside WithOpp at least 24 hours in advance, and on the service status page. Where possible we schedule it at quiet times.

4. Incidents and emergency maintenance

Incidents or emergency maintenance can happen without warning. When they do, we post a notice inside WithOpp and on the service status page while it is ongoing, and explain what happened once it is resolved.

5. Checking the service status

The service status page (/status) shows current notices and the last 30 days. It opens without signing in.

6. What is outside our control

Internet, power or mobile network outages, and problems at our providers (see the Sub-processors list), can affect WithOpp. We work with them to restore service as quickly as possible.

7. Your data during an incident

Data already saved is not lost because of an interruption. Offline sales stay on the device until they are sent - do not clear browser data meanwhile.

8. Telling us about a problem

If you notice a problem that has not been announced, use the Help & Support page inside WithOpp (category: "Technical problem").
